Shipping Policy
Local Orders (NYC and Long Island) of $500 or above qualify for Free Delivery; for orders between $250 and  $500 a delivery fee of $10 will be applied. Orders outside of our local delivery zone will be shipped via USPS or FedEX. Actual shipping charge will be applied to the final invoice. Most orders will ship the same business day, Monday – Saturday. Once your order is placed and processed, you should receive your package which will most likely ship the same business day for local delivery and 2 to 5 days for USPS or FedEX delivery. Local delivery will be delivered by our team. For orders outside our local delivery zone, We will provide package tracking and delivery confirmation on all orders in the United States which are sent via USPS or FedEX. In the unlikely event, a package is lost, we will do our best to help a customer retrieve it. However, it is important to understand that you, the buyer, will take responsibility for any and all goods. It is NOT our responsibility.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to subjectivity in taste and personal preferences, we are unable to return, exchange or refund any E-Liquids. All E-Liquid sales are FINAL. We accept returns for defective goods within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of e-liquids, pods, and closed system cartridges. The Products must also be deemed DOA (Dead Upon Arrival) for us to issue a return/exchange, and we cannot accept returns/exchanges on used hardware. All returns will be replaced with a new item. If we do not have that style in stock, we will issue you a credit to your account. Please note that if we receive your return and upon inspection deem it not damaged or deem the item has been tampered with, we will return it to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
